What information will be requested?Any personal or business details (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) entered by a user within the framework of our website, is purely voluntary. As far as is technically possible and reasonable, utilization of all services offered is possible without the supply of such information, or with anonymous details or a pseudonym only. However, supply of the optional details will help us to look after you more personally.
What information will be logged when I visit the website?Our server stores a log file every time a user accesses a page of our website offers, and every time a file is accessed:
- the webpage from which the file is requested
- Date, time
- Type of browser and browser settings
- Operating system
- The page you have visited
- Volume of data transferred
- Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
We do use session cookies on our website. Data is not permanently stored. The use of temporary cookies means you do not have to repeatedly enter personal information when filling out different forms for our website offers. These cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed.
Most browsers are automatically set to accept cookies. However, you can deactivate the saving of cookies or set your browser so that it lets you know when cookies are being sent.
If you have deactivated cookies, a so-called “Session ID” will serve to identify a person for the duration of access to our website. Data will not be stored on your computer. The Session ID is deleted once your session has ended.
Will my details be passed on to third parties?We use your personal information for internal purposes relating to customer relations only. Recording and transfer of personal information to government institutions and authorities authorized by law only occurs within the framework of the appropriate laws, or if ordered by a court of law. All employees and service companies are sworn to secrecy and to compliance with our data protection stipulations.
How can I check, correct or delete my details?In compliance with § 34 and § 6b of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), users have the right to be given, free of charge, any information relating to their person that has been stored. Furthermore, according to legal stipulations, users also have the right to view, bar or cancel any of these personal details.

How are you protecting my details?
